HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free Asheville Delivery: We will be hand delivering online orders in our beautiful gift bags until 12/24. If you would like to receive your order by 12/24, you must place your online order by 5pm EST on 12/22.
Shipping: To receive your order by 12/25 with USPS standard shipping you must place your online order by 5pm EST on 12/15. Please contact us if you would like expedited shipping options. These delivery dates are provided by USPS and we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the postal service.
When will i get my order?
Processing time is 1-5 business days. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after processing, Monday through Friday. Holiday, custom, or made-to-order processing and shipping times may vary.
All orders ship from Asheville, North Carolina through USPS. You can choose between USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days to arrive or USPS Priority Mail Express which typically takes 1 business day to arrive. If you need your order within a specific time frame, please contact us for options.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. SINGE is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address.

We are currently offering local delivery for residents in Asheville, North Carolina (and some surrounding areas). This option will only appear at checkout after you provide your address and it is in the appropriate zone. Free local delivery is only available for residential buildings.
Delivery takes 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. Your order will be dropped off in your mailbox or at your front door. You will receive an email that your order has been fulfilled after delivery. SINGE is not responsible for packages after they are delivered.
If we are unable to reach your property/mailbox due to locked gates, unsafe roads, or other factors you will be sent an invoice for shipping instead.
how much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by USPS. Local delivery is free for Asheville residents. We offer free shipping for all orders over $150, no code needed.
do you ship internationally?
SINGE is currently only shipping to the contiguous United States.
